Art Scōl founder
My approach to art education rests on a foundation of classical training, studio experience, and hands-on work with students of all ages.
From 1999-2003, I studied fundamental aesthetics, anatomical and figural sketching, realistic painting and drawing, and fresco and icon painting at the Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade, Serbia. I earned my Master of Fine Arts in Ceramics in 2009 from the State University of New York at New Paltz, where I was a lecturer and adjunct professor in ceramics until 2015.
In 2015, I moved to San Diego, where I currently teach classes in two and three-dimensional media at several local community colleges. Since then, I have also been working with kids of all ages (including my own elementary-age daughter), teaching and developing art programs for students from elementary to high school in different community settings in the San Diego area.
